Cancellation Policy

At Best365Labs, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:
 
1. Order Cancellation:
  • Within 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you may do so by contacting our customer service team at info@best365labs.com or calling us at 385-421-565. You will receive a full refund for your order.
  • After 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations after 24 hours may incur a processing fee of up to 10% of the total order value.
2. Shipped Orders:
  • Before Delivery: If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still request a cancellation. In this case, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees incurred, and a restocking fee of 15% of the total order value may apply.
  • After Delivery: Once your order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy. Please refer to our return policy for more information on how to proceed with a return.
3. Subscription Services:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you have a monthly subscription and wish to cancel it, you must notify us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made within this period will be effective for the next billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you cancel within this period, your subscription will not be renewed for the next year. Please note that no refunds will be issued for partial use of the annual subscription.
4. Special Orders and Custom Products:
  • Special orders and custom products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order has been placed. These items are specifically made or ordered for you, and therefore, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for these products.
5. Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
